Planning girls day out ideas? Organizing a birthday or hen do? Ladies Day is your chance to experience glamour, exciting live horse racing and stunning fashion at the ultimate girls day out. It doesn't matter if you're new to watching live horse racing or if you've been to many horse racing fixtures before. You can't beat the atmosphere of the races. Feeling the ground shake as your horse races down the home straight, and everyone cheers. You can't beat horse racing in March!
Ladies Day isn't just racing action and fashion fun. We also add in helpings of exciting entertainment, and delicious food and drink. Enjoy glasses of Pimm's, sparkling prosecco and of course glasses of smooth Champagne. To tempt your taste buds, there'll be a variety of delicious summer food available. We still need to confirm our entertainment for 2024, but it has previously featured award-winning DJ's. Meaning you can dance your way into the night.
Ladies Day has long had a tradition of being the most fashionable day of the season. Thousands of racegoers all donning their favorite outfits and accessories to make for a very stylish event. Whilst dressing up isn’t necessary, many racegoers on Ladies Day enjoy dressing up. Adding a beautiful hat, fascinator or even an on-trend headband makes the occasion that little bit more special. Looking for some inspiration? Check out our racing style guide. Your favorite threads could also win you some big prizes. The Style Awards is open to all in attendance, and offers all manners of prizes for those in the top positions. Hotly contested, it certainly pays to impress the judges.
Children 17 and under go free to the races when accompanied by an adult (some exclusions apply for Festival fixtures and Live After Racing events). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
