Owners, Syndicates & Shared Ownerships may request up to 8 complimentary O&T badges per runner (registered through PASS in advance of the day) for the Rusty Bridge Restaurant including complimentary luncheon. Alternatively, any owner with a runner on the day may request a minimum 20 syndicate badges with access to the Syndicates Marquee. We do not offer a mixture or combination of both options so Owners must choose in advance if they wish to enjoy O&T or Syndicate Lounge facilities.
The number of Owners admitted per horse into the Parade Ring is 8. However, we appreciate this is a really important part of any owner's visit and if you require more badges please ask in advance and where possible we aim to be flexible. Please note, even if requested we do not guarantee more than 8 Parade Ring passes.
At the discretion of the racecourse additional badges may be requested but are not guaranteed.
Owners with runners that may require assistance with booking badges or other queries should contact Jane Broad, O&T Liaison, on 07989 146 066 or email jbroad@arcowners.co.uk

Equine & Jockey Welfare
Nothing matters more to us when racing than the safety and welfare of horse and rider. Central to that is the track itself and our groundstaff do everything in their power to provide an optimum racing surface.
On duty on racedays we have a dedicated and experienced team of highly-qualified Vets, Doctors and Paramedics following the action at every stage. Their key responsibility is to monitor and provide care to the competitors throughout their time at the racecourse.
The locations and vehicle movements of these skilled specialists during racing are designed to provide a rapid response to any incident across the site. We also have a high-specification horse ambulance in attendance at every fixture to enable safe transport of a horse from the track to our on-site veterinary treatment facility for further treatment, or to the nearest equine referral hospital if required.
It is our standard practice to erect screens around any horse or jockey requiring attention on the course as this provides privacy and a safe, calm environment in which to accurately diagnose and treat the patient as necessary. Please do not assume the worst if screens are erected.
We are fully committed to minimizing risk in our sport, to dealing professionally and efficiently with any injury, and to maintaining the highest possible quality of care for the horses and jockeys racing here today.
What Is The Dress Code?

Winning Connections
