CALENDAR HIGHLIGHTS
Situated On the edge of the Cathedral City that forms a natural gateway to the idyllic Brecon Countryside, Hereford Racecourse stages 13 exciting race meetings, 10 National Hunt, 2 Arab race days and 1 Harness race fixture.
Hereford regularly attracts a large number of runners in most races, often resulting in close finishes, guaranteed to provide the racegoer with a thrilling spectacle every time.
Our feature meetings include:
- Beer and Cider Day – 9th November
Not just horses test their prowess, as race goers have the opportunity to compete in the renowned Wife Carrying Race supported by Bulmer’s. The winners of this coveted dash from the furlong marker receive their combined weight in cider!
- Christmas Party Day – 22nd December
