Private Boxes – Cider Press & Dawson Suites
Hereford offers a total of thirteen private boxes, catering for parties between 12 and 100 guests.
All of our boxes have excellent panoramic views of the racecourse, being situated near to the home straight and winning line, all of which have close-circuit television and waitress/waiter service, with a choice of the packages and private tote facilities near by.
All our hospitality packages include everything you will need for a memorable day at Hereford.
With a choice of either silver service or informal dining, we offer you the flexibility to tailor your event to suit the needs of you and your guests.
Marquees
Hereford has a number of marquee positions around the racecourse, which get you close to the action and near to all amenities. Located either on the Pimms Lawn, by both paddocks, or on the Winning Line Lawn, each site enables you to enjoy the race day atmosphere and experience.
Fully furnished with private garden area, Tote and close-circuit televisions, each marquee will accommodate a minimum of 25 guests.

Per-head packages for the Hospitality Suites
With premier service guaranteed, all our per-head packages include:
- Private hospitality box

- Drink requirements are additional on a cash or account basis. All-inclusive drinks packages are available on request
Restaurants
Silks Restaurant
Hereford’s Silks Restaurant provides fantastic views of the racecourse and a unique dining experience. The first class service and enchanting atmosphere in this traditional restaurant guarantees a memorable day at the races. Packages include:
- Three - course sit-down meal with coffee and afternoon tea
- Race day admission badge
- Complimentary Race Card
- Reserved Table for the afternoon
- Waiter/Waitress service
- Tote facility in restaurant, with televisions to view the action
- Excellent views of the Parade Ring, Winners Enclosure and Winning Line
- £55 per person or £60 per person for a Window Seat
